Service Description

Unlike counseling and/ or therapy, mental health coaching is a short and brief collaboration between myself ( coach) and ( individual). Mental Health coaching entails helping an individual manage emotions, life challenges and improve relationships and reduce anxiety and/ stress without clinical framework. Mental health coaching is not advise for an individual who may struggle with long term and complex clinical problems.
