After years of serving as a clinician and educator, I’ve shifted my focus toward writing and speaking. Through my books and talks, I aim to empower people to understand their mental health and take charge of their personal transformation.

 

I also founded *Healing One Mind at a Time* to provide individuals and couples with the tools and support they need to navigate life's challenges. As a published author and speaker, I’m now focused on using my voice to create positive change, and I’m excited to help others along their journey toward growth and wellness.

Healing one Mind at a Time is an practice dedicated to the process of wholeness. It’s goal is to help transform lives, integrate sound principles and to facilitate growth and change.

With over 25 years of experience in the field of behavioral health , I take pride in understanding that counseling is what you make of it.
